Free service terms

Updated 29 October 2026

What is free

Spacebar provides a digital menu, public business page, hosting on a Spacebar address and a downloadable QR code at no charge. There is no setup fee, subscription, commission or card requirement for these tools.

You create and maintain your page

This is a service you use yourself. You must own or have permission to represent the business. You enter, review and maintain its details, items, prices and content. You must have permission to use content you upload. Do not impersonate another business, publish misleading information or publish unlawful content.

Your public information

Publishing makes your business name, contact information, location, descriptions and menu public. Your page can be shared and discovered by search engines. Your account email is used to manage access and is not part of your public listing. See our privacy notice.

Outside services

Printing, delivery, payment processing, external messaging and paid advertising are separate services. Their providers may charge for them. You do not need to buy them to publish a menu. Free hosting does not promise paid ad placements, customers, search rankings or a Google Business Profile listing.

Availability and responsibility

You remain responsible for fulfilling any orders you accept and complying with applicable requirements for your business. Spacebar may remove abusive content or suspend misuse. Service availability can be interrupted. No setup or managed content service is included.

Changes and account requests

Changes to these terms will be published here. Contact help@spacebar.ae for account, content removal or privacy requests.
