Include your store name, device type, app version and a short description of what happened. Never send your password, private keys or full payment details.
Urgent order issue
Open the order in the app to review its current status. For a delivery cancellation, use the cancel action in the order panel when available. Contact the customer directly when immediate fulfilment coordination is required.

For access, correction, account closure or deletion requests, email support@spacebar.ae. We may verify account ownership before making changes.
